Location

Boutet Family Law is located at 130 King Street West, Suite 2300, on the North East corner of King Street West and York Street (next to First Canadian Place). We share wonderful office space with the international accounting firm Cadesky.

Parking at 130 King Street West

Underground paid parking is available at 130 King Street West, and is accessible both from Adelaide (at York Street) and from York Street (just North of King Street).

It’s a bit of a maze down below, so when you drive in, look for signs for the Exchange Tower (at some point when you have made one turn, you will see a sign for First Canadian Place and a sign for Exchange Tower. Follow the Exchange Tower signs). If you prefer, you can also use the Valet service.

Take the parking elevators to ground level, walk towards King Street and use the North bank of elevators to the 23rd floor.

Other Local Parking

There is also paid parking at 145 King Street West – Lot #85, 100 King Street West, or at 40 King Street West. Each of these lots is less than a 5 minute walk to our building.

Public Transit

We are centred between King and St. Andrew’s subway stations, accessible through “The Path”, and street level. A short walk from Union Station just North of Front Street and the TTC operates bus route 504 on King Street West, as a great alternative to the downtown congestion and parking.
