A Web Portal to Understand Family Rights – Boutet on CBC (French)

Nathalie was interviewed by the CBC to warmly welcome the launch of the Ryerson University Legal Innovation Zone’s groundbreaking Family Law Portal, a free online service helping Ontario families involved in separation or divorce better understand their rights, their responsibilities, the decisions they need to make, and the documents they need to successfully resolve their cases.

While such a portal does not replace the importance of personalized information from lawyers, it can help some families have a better understanding of where to start and what documents are required.
