COVID19 – Legal Representation & Mediation During Coronavirus Outbreak

As Ontario deals with the impact of COVID 19, many families may also be struggling through a separation or divorce. In order to assist couples during this time while maintaining current health and safety measures, Boutet Family Law is offering clients convenient, mini mediation meetings at reduced rates for:

  • families that are unable to access courts for motions or case conferences
  • couples struggling to cohabitate during the coronavirus outbreak
  • couples that have not yet retained counsel and require drafting of binding agreements

The intake process and mediation sessions will be held via telephone or videoconferencing. Any documents required are either emailed or uploaded on secure client portals.
