Trouble in Paradise? Dealing with challenging team dynamics

Experienced presenters will discuss strategies for managing when the “team” is not working well together including teams composed of professionals with various levels of experience with Collaborative Practice work, or when we don’t have a “full team”. What happens, and what can we do, when the professionals don’t get along, when financial professionals find themselves in the uncomfortable role as relationship managers, when clients are not happy with the professionals on the team, or when Collaborative Practice negotiations start to look and feel more like adversarial, positional negotiation.
